Bijou Properties approached FACTIONED with the desire to have a major feature wall upon the entrance of a developing project “7Seventy House” in Hoboken, NJ. The entrance lobby wall, facing east, is two stories and had an exposed HVAC ductwork that needed to be hidden from view.
Our approach was to bring a dynamic design composed of natural elements that would both hide the HVAC framework and maintain visibility to the cast concrete wall.
The result is a furniture grade planter wall made out of stained birch plywood, steel grating, faux plants and automated L.E.D. lighting throughout.
